Do I pay anything upfront?

No. We agree on the scope, exact price, deadline, and required access before starting. You pay after the agreed work and handoff are delivered.

How does the deadline guarantee work?

If we miss the agreed deadline, you pay $0 and we still finish the agreed work. The clock starts after the agreement is signed and the required code and service access is confirmed. The clock pauses while you review the work, and resumes when you accept it or send written feedback.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign an NDA before you show us anything. Your idea and your code stay yours.

Can I keep using my AI builder?

Yes. Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-built apps are welcome. You keep your code and receive architecture context and instructions so your AI can pick up where we left off.

What access will you need?

Your code and the services involved in the repair, such as hosting, payments, or your database. We confirm exactly what access is needed before work starts.
